Your Role

Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Pulse Creative, you will manage the client relationships across a portfolio of accounts — acting as the primary contact for each client while coordinating internally with the specialist team members delivering the work. You will run onboarding calls, manage project timelines, brief the delivery team, review outputs before they reach the client, and handle any concerns or escalations professionally.

The ideal candidate has experience in account management or client success within a marketing or creative agency, is highly organised, communicates exceptionally clearly both in writing and verbally, and is commercially aware enough to identify upsell opportunities and flag risks before they become problems.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of account management or client success experience within a marketing agency or creative services environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English — Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and internal project timelines simultaneously.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify upsell opportunities and manage client expectations confidently.
  • Experience using project management tools to track deliverables, deadlines, and team workload.
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to handle client concerns and escalations professionally and decisively.
  • Fully available and not engaged in conflicting full-time commitments.

What You'll Do

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts — managing communication, expectations, and relationships.
  2. Conduct client onboarding calls and project kickoff meetings to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Brief internal team members on client requirements and ensure every specialist has what they need to do their best work.
  4. Review all client deliverables before they are sent — ensuring they meet the agreed brief and the quality standard.
  5. Track project progress against timelines and flag any risks or delays to the relevant team members and to leadership.
  6. Produce monthly client reports that summarise activity, results, and the plan for the next month in clear, non-technical language.

Don't Apply If

  • You have no experience in an agency or client-facing environment — this role requires commercial context that cannot be taught quickly.
  • You struggle to manage multiple concurrent client relationships without becoming disorganised or reactive.
  • You avoid difficult conversations — account management requires confident, honest communication even when delivering bad news.
  • Your written English is not at a professional level — every email, report, and update you send represents the agency.
  • You are a task executor rather than a relationship builder — this role requires genuine interest in and care for the client’s business.
